Provided engineering services for the support structure for an underground ore and waste handling system from the crusher to the shaft. The equipment included the delivery of crushed ore from a 100ft high surge bin to a first conveyor and transitioning into a second conveyor feeding the shaft equipment. In particular, the design of a 100ft tall bin concrete floor/bulkhead and support walls and columns and the structure supporting ore metering equipment such as a press frame, transition chutes, vibratory conveyor, belt conveyor and a magnet belt conveyor. Provided concrete and structural design complete with rock tie ins, equipment support details, jib crane and monorails. We also provided design review services for the supported mechanical equipment.
